Norfolk Association for the Disabled

We provide help, support,  impartial advice and encouragement to the physically disabled and their families in Norfolk.  We have been in existence since 1951 when we were first set up to help the wounded soldiers from the war.  Our work has changed over the years, but the basics remain the same.

We have a telephone helpline, or people are welcome to come to the office.  We are open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. We also support 4 local districts who havetheir own members and volunteers organise trips out for them in the Summer, and indoor activities in the Winter.  These districts are:    Wymondham, Smallburgh & North Walsham, Fleggburgh and  Aylsham, Cromer, Sheringham and Holt.  If you would like to join any of the groups, please telephone the office for more information.
