Birmingham Mind

During the last year, Birmingham Mind supported over 1700 individuals experiencing mental distress. All of our services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes, as we passionately believe that everyone has the right to live lives that are meaningful and which enable them to reach their full potential as individuals.

 

We are a Registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee. We offer a high quality service in the Birmingham area. We are governed by an experienced Board of Trustees who give their time for free to ensure we meet our charitable aims and objectives.

 

We offer a range of services which includes residential care homes, supported housing, support to people living in their own homes and activities and services in the local community.

Our track record on recovery based services will help us deliver more wellbeing services without losing our specialist focus. We will work with local communities and service users to lead local services that meet people’s needs and aspirations. Our specialist provision will continue to be based on maximising people’s strengths and working from a recovery philosophy.
